David Wilson Jolly (born October 31, 1972) is an American attorney, former lobbyist and retired politician who served as the U.S. Representative for Florida's 13th congressional district from 2014 to 2017. A Republican, he previously served as general counsel to his predecessor, Bill Young. He won the race for Young's seat in a special election against Democrat Alex Sink. He was subsequently reelected in November 2014, winning 75 percent of the vote, but was unseated in 2016 by former Governor Charlie Crist. Since leaving office, Jolly has become a prominent Republican critic of U.S. President Donald Trump.
