Growing up as a high jumper, I said if I could ever jump 2.40, I'd be pretty satisfied with my career. It's definitely a barrier for high jumpers.

I feel like I've changed a lot since the London Games. I was really young, and it was my first year on the international stage. I've matured physically since then, and I've become stronger, and because of that, I've gained a lot of confidence.

High jump is such a mental thing. It's you against the bar. It's something that a lot of people struggle with, and people experience slumps and plateaus because of it.

I'm not one that really soaks up the limelight. I'm OK with kind of escaping it.
