I'm 24, so I'll go out and, yeah, have a few drinks and dance - I love to dance - and have a good time, but I like to do other things, too. I like going to the beach and reading and hiking.

If I eat junk food and have a workout the next day, I feel a significant difference in the way my body responds to exercise. Im sluggish, tired and run out of energy very quickly.

I would be lying if I said I cut out all dessert. When Im training, I try to satisfy those cravings with a slightly healthier dessert, like a piece of dark chocolate or whipped cream and strawberries. Those are two of my favorites!

After high school, I was going to move out to L.A. and try to pursue my dreams of acting. My parents said, "Thats fine. We support you, but you have to go to school", which was fine because I'm a studious person anyway, I enjoy it.

God has blessed me with an amazing family, friends and work colleagues that have been my joy, my support, and my sanity. I don't know what I'd do without them.

I think that I was raised by two of the best people ever. My mother and father are just the definition of hard work, like what hard work brings to you. Theyve taught me and my brothers and sisters to set your goals high and to give everything to reach them.
