Robert W. Patterson (born c. 1953) was a speech writer for the United States Department of Health and Human Services and the Small Business Administration during the presidency of George W. Bush. He was hired as an aide in Pennsylvania’s Department of Public Welfare, but he quit his job in January 2012 to continue editing The Family in America journal. His writing has appeared on The Philadelphia Inquirer, Breitbart, National Review Online, and The Washington Examiner.
