The Irish are a settled team they will be formidable. We have to be ready by the June Tests. I know the big thing in terms of readiness is to have your best 23 players ready.

Transformation is not an issue for me. A national coach has to understand that he is living in SA. At Stormers I was faced with same challenge in Super Rugby, it is an exciting challenge. When I left the Stormers we were Currie Cup champions and won the SA conference as a transformed side.
