Cappie Marie Pondexter is a former American professional basketball player who last played as a member of the Indiana Fever in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). She was born in Oceanside, California and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Pondexter is known for her scrappy play, quick crossovers and midrange jumpshot. In 2011, she was voted in by fans as one of the Top 15 players in WNBA history.
