United States, Advocate March 2, 1944
Elaine R. Jones is a prominent American civil rights attorney and activist. She joined the NAACP Legal Defense Fund in 1970 and in 1993 became the organization's first female director-counsel and president.
She's learned to listen more and improve different aspects of her game. I'm most proud that she's improved her sportsmanship, her demeanor on the field. She's still working on leadership and that's improving.
