Charles David Pagano (born October 2, 1960) is an American football coach and former player. He was the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL) from 2012 to 2017, and also served as the defensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens in 2011. He is the older brother of Houston Texans Outside Linebackers coach John Pagano. After the Colts fired him following the 2017 season, Pagano took time off from coaching, working as a consultant for the NFL.
