David Charles Cooper (born February 7, 1957 in Nova Scotia, Canada) is a Canadian cartoonist, commercial illustrator and a graphic designer who lives in Ottawa, Ontario. In addition to comics, Cooper has worked extensively as a designer, producer, and creator in the field of animation. Several of his designs were used on Futurama, notably various areas of the Planet Express office. He is also the co-creator of Nickelodeon's Pig Goat Banana Cricket and creator of Teletoon's The Bagel and Becky Show.
