Bernice Targ Weissbourd, is an American activist and philanthropist. Bernice Weissbourd was born on January 25, 1923 in Chicago, Illinois, United States. Bernice Weissbourd was the president of Family Focus, Inc. in Chicago, and lecturer in social service administration in University of Chicago. She was a member of many charity and social organisations, such as Voices for Illinois Children,Child Care Action Campaign and others. She was an author of the books.
