Mark William Pocan (/ˈpoʊkæn/; born August 14, 1964) is an American politician and businessman serving as the U.S. Representative for Wisconsin's 2nd congressional district since 2013. The district is based in the state capital, Madison. A member of the Democratic Party, he currently serves as Co-Chair of both the Congressional Progressive Caucus, as well as the Congressional LGBT Equality Caucus.
