Daniel Gilbert (born January 17, 1962) is an American businessman and founder of Quicken Loans and Rock Ventures. Gilbert owns several sports franchises, including the National Basketball Association's Cleveland Cavaliers, the American Hockey League's Cleveland Monsters, the Arena Football League's Cleveland Gladiators, and the NBA G League's Canton Charge. He operates the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio, home to the Cavaliers, Monsters, and Gladiators.
