According to Forbes, his net worth is estimated to be $8.81 billion as of September 2017. He founded the Group in 1988, which now deals in businesses spanning coal trading, coal mining, oil & gas exploration, ports, logistics, power generation, agriculture, edible oils, transmission and gas distribution.
