Beth Murphy (born 22 November 1973) is an American documentary director, producer and author who founded the film production company Principle Pictures and is the director of GroundTruth Films. She is director/producer for nearly 20 films (Sundance Channel, PBS, History Channel, Lifetime, Discovery Networks), including the feature documentaries Beyond Belief and The List, both of which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and went on to win awards on the festival circuit.
