Charles Joseph Weis is a former American football coach. He was the head coach for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish from 2005 to 2009 and the Kansas Jayhawks from 2012 to 2014. He also served as an offensive coordinator in the National Football League for the New York Jets, New England Patriots, and Kansas City Chiefs. He also guested with Michael Landsberg on Super Bowl Radio Row in Atlanta in 2019.
