Money is an important part. There's a little consolidation, and when you've got consolidation, somebody is going to get left out.

It's always a special feeling playing in this event. I am a big fan of TPC Boston. The Deutsche Bank Championship is as good as it gets on the PGA Tour.

Well, how cool is that? You're sitting here with two guys playing in a playoff, one guy has just stoned it. He's nervous. I know he's nervous -- he's never won a Tour event -- and he hits a shot and it hits the pin. The crowd went bananas. I mean, how could you not like that.

A lady in PR told me I should wear a visor.

But we are nonetheless amazed and very pleased that our tournament has been so well received.

A lot of good scores came out of that dinner.

I figured he was getting a feel for who I thought should win it. Then I realized he was telling me that I had won it.

I was pushing him, ... I have to say that. I don?t know that I had any influence in Davis? choice to play here.

I didn't start the week last week thinking about putting pressure on myself because I was close to home and I don't want to do that this week, but I want to be prepared. I've got to find some downtime tonight after the Pro-Am, to turn the phone off and relax a bit. I'll be ready.

It's a great finish. As a player, there aren't many times when you get more nervous than hitting that second shot into 16, hitting to that island green on 17 and hitting that tee shot on 18.

If you had asked me in February after missing four cuts in a row to start the year if I wondered if I'd ever win again, I might have said yes, ... But I believe a lot. I never thought I was wiped out of this thing.

This is like winning a major off the course.

People get excited about this tournament and I love playing close to home.

I'd like to try it. I could get used to it. I'm sure he's doing just fine.

I actually bet Johnny Andrews $286.67 that I was going to miss. I'll gladly pay him now.

Theo has been a guy around here who as popular as anybody, especially after last year.

There were eight guys that played last year? That means 20 new guys? Wow. That just shows it's harder to win. And there are a few guys that aren't here that win a lot.

Every time I hit a bad shot in February I was thinking.

Believe it or not, I'm not really thinking about anything when I putt....It's hard to teach. I let my instincts take over. I like to see which way the break is going and use it. When I'm putting well, I feel like I can make everything.
