John Rich is an American country music singer-songwriter. From 1992 to 1998, he was a member of the country music band Lonestar, in which he played bass guitar and alternated with Richie McDonald as lead vocalist.

What happened was we decided to ignore the music industry and have some fun, because nothing was happening for us anyway. Maybe it proves that the best way to succeed is to do what you love and forget everything else everyone tells you.
