All together, we played more as a team. It seemed to come together at the end, but it couldn't get us the win.

It's been forever since we have had everybody here, everybody healthy and everybody ready to go. Before this game I talked to the girls and we had a meeting of the minds and I really didn't know what to expect but the deal was we needed to come out and play our hearts out.

People should be concerned about this information. That's why we want to have steps taken immediately to fix it.

There has to be an inner peace process that treats gang members like traumatized war victims who lack counseling, jobs, and respect. A lot of that has got to be self-administered in affinity groups, counseling groups, in jail and out of jail, with resources and professional help.

You have to start with the acknowledgement: 'My partner is a smart, capable person who is just different from me. Now how are we going to work together?'

There is a power to the street that's part of the democratic process when all else has failed.

Tomorrow is going to be really tough because there are a lot of guys going really fast ... right now I'm not consistently fast enough (to win) ... but we'll definitely go for it.
