I'm a good guy with a good heart, and I have good intentions.

I try to swim once or twice a week. I basically hold my breath for, like, 12 laps, down and back, to kind of expand my lungs so that I can have better breathing when it comes down to two-minute drives where you've got to play a lot of plays all in one series and you're hurrying up.
-
I'm passionate about the game. Anytime you work as hard and a play doesn't go the way you wanted, you get frustrated.

I think things will work out for the greater good for not only me but the city of Pittsburgh. I'm extremely grateful to get out in the community of Pittsburgh and not only play the game but affect other people and kids in that regard, and I'm excited about the whole process of that.

Spreading my love and extending my hand is what life's all about.

In a competition, there's always winners and losers. And I think everyone is here to win, which makes it fun for us all.

You've just got to train hard. Conditioning is key, recovery is key. As hard as you work, recovery is just as important. All the soft-tissue work daily, all the things that keep me clean. And you've always got to be aware of what you're eating, what you're putting inside your body. That's key as well.

The battle of getting better is never ending.

You've got to motivate the fans and the people to get your teeth cleaned. It's called daily hygiene. You've got to take care of yourself.

I never want to make the quarterback feel like I'm being a distraction or I've got any negativity toward him.

I am filled with so much sincerity and gratitude to know where I came from and what I'm doing now.
-
This organization has been nothing but first class to me, believing in my talent and my skills since I got here. And I'm just here to pay them back with my work ethic.
-
Holdouts never go well. Just look at history. It always ends badly. It wouldn't be the best decision. I make a lot of money. I pull up to camp in Rolls-Royces.
-
I know the position I'm in. Guys are going to try and take me out, but I got to be able to overcome it all and not let those type of things affect me.
-
I probably do 10 to 12 Snapchats a day. Spending time with my family or my chef, my workouts, my outfits, or any events I'm attending. Playing music in the car is a big one for me. Dancing sometimes. Or asking people, 'How's business?'
-
It's so hard in the NFL, man. You spend the course of a long week preparing for one opportunity. And once you get that opportunity and you get in that moment, it's just an amazing feeling. It's something you should celebrate about, something you should be excited about.

Karma is karma. Karma is in life. You do the wrong things, you get the wrong things out of it.

-
Over the course of the game, you can't let negativity get in your head. Any time a guy playing negative upon emotion, it's not going to be a great day.
-
I just like to bring energy. I always try to create a moment. Memories are important to me, and I like my look to go with the mood or the moment.
-
The game has been great to me. The Steelers have been great to me, and I think things will work out and take its toll. But I'm just singularly focused on being a great player, being here around the guys and my teammates, and representing my family.

I don't think of myself as a small receiver, but you can't control what somebody says about you. It hasn't held me back - actually, I think I've changed the perception of smaller receivers.
