Vince missed a left-handed lay-in and all of a sudden we looked like a team that didn't have confidence. I'm really, really disappointed that we broke down defensively.
I felt they were self-directed out there. They knew what they wanted to run. They broke down the double-teams and I didn't have to burn timeouts to explain it to them. That was satisfying to me.
These things were made of hubris, because they always broke down, or worse, broke everything. But maybe Laurence had been right and these devices were what made us unique, as humans. We made machines, the way spiders made silk.
