Rafael Mariano Grossi is an Argentine diplomat. Since 3 December 2019, he serves as Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency. He was formerly the Argentine Ambassador to Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia and International Organisations based in Vienna (2013–2019).
