Dancing and music get into our bodies and it gets into our minds and it gets into our souls and we can be connected to something else. Music connects us all to each other, and I think that's just magical and beautiful, and I need that in my life. Heartbreak is the pain of separation. To me, the cure that music offers and that dancing offers is complete integration.

I began dancing when I was 7 years old. I was told that I had the perfect ballet dancer's body and had these crazy high arches in my feet that resulted in an amazing point. Ballet was very disciplined and, frankly, a little boring, so I eventually transitioned to gymnastics. I loved that, although I never reached a competitive level.

Dancing, is, for the most part, attended with many amorous smiles, wanton compliments, unchaste kisses, scurrilous songs and sonnets, effeminate music, lust provoking attire, ridiculous love pranks, all which savor only of sensuality, of raging fleshly lusts. Dancing to the first album was more of a constant flow, the music was similarly paced, with much the same tempo all the way through the set. Myself and Keith tended to alternate on stage, and the performance was much more dance-based than theatrical. With the second album, Jilted, things got harder and the stage show became a lot more full-on. Each one of us had developed into identifiable personality on stage, and with that cam the theatrics, Keith in a strait-jacket, in the glass box, or the ball. Then we realised that we didn't need that, that we have a great live show without those dramatic extras. For example, Keith is now a compelling performer in his own right, he doesn't need the tricks.

You deserve someone who loves you with every single beat of his heart, someone who thinks about you constantly, someone who spends every minute of every day just wondering what you’re doing, where you are, who you’re with, and if you’re OK. You need someone who can help you reach your dreams and protect you from your fears. You need someone who will treat you with respect, love every part of you, especially your flaws. You should be with someone who could make you happy, really happy, dancing on air happy.
