I think maintenance comes from a daily spiritual growth practice of some kind: prayer, meditation, affirmations. Something that keeps you in the consciousness of higher thoughts and energy. That's also how you make sure you don't do it again.

Dreams are the way to unfulfilled wishes in the individual; visions are the way to unfulfilled dreams in mankind.

It's very easy to look for happiness outside ourselves; in a relationship, a dream job, or the perfect body weight. When we chase happiness externally, we're simply looking for God in all the wrong places. The outside search is based on false projections we place on the world. These projections build up a wall against true happiness, which lies within us.

As you look at your fears head-on, you'll begin to see how much of what you fear is just False Evidence Appearing Real. When you act on this false evidence, you create chaos in your life.

When your primary function is to be happy, then whatever comes to you is irrelevant. Happiness is your true manifestation.

The happier and more stress-free you are, the more people will want to be around you and the more your friends will respect you.

First you have to witness that you are stressing out: Oh, my trigger is here. The news is stressing me out or This line is so long. Let yourself feel it. You don't want to spiritually bypass these problems. Give yourself a couple of minutes to sit in the feeling. Acceptance sets you free from the stress of expectation.

I equate physical activity with happiness not just from the perspective of producing endorphins but also from the perspective of really moving through emotions and getting stagnant energy to move through our body.

I believe in any kind of personal growth practice that can help you gather the tools that you can then apply to resentment, anger, pain, and rage in order to heal your past resentments toward yourself and others, and then deal with them in the moment so you don't carry them for a decade or more.

The word 'guru' is very loaded, so I would never refer to myself that way. I see myself as a teacher.

As you begin to understand how love is crucial to the healing of the world, your miracle work will take on a whole new meaning.
